Design Development

WITH the approval of the schematic design phase, the design team prepares design development documents. These documents contain additional details of the schematic plans and consist of the following:

Plans indicating the location of the work.

Drawings describing how the work is to be completed.

A more detailed cost estimate.

Identification of possible alternates if appropriate.
